We want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. Due to the nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used Items: Any product that has been used, displayed, or shows signs of wear.

  • Scented Candles: Candles that have been lit, show wax melt, or have been removed from packaging (hygiene reasons).

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or special order items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

3. Return Process

  • To Initiate: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts. Vases must be returned with original protective padding.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective. We recommend trackable, insured service (especially for fragile items).

  • Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Refunds: Issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. For fragile items like vases, check carefully. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Scented Candle Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, scented candles cannot be returned once opened or lit. Please choose scents carefully. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
