1. Order Processing
1-3 business days. Orders after cut-off process next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

• Times: 5-10 business days (estimates, not guarantees).

4. Packaging
We take special care with fragile items:

• Vases: Individually wrapped in bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy boxes marked "Fragile."

• Ornaments: Wrapped with padding, boxed securely.

• Scented Candles: Boxed with foam inserts to prevent movement. Glass jars have extra protection.

5. Delivery & Issues

• Tracking: Provided via email.

• Address Accuracy: Customer responsible for correct address.

• Inspection: Check external box for damage immediately. For glass items, check carefully before accepting if possible.

• Missing Packages: If marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors/carrier first, then contact us.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Orders shipped cannot be canceled
