1. Products & Orders

• We sell home decor products including vases, ornaments, and scented candles.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors/designs may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variations (especially ceramics and glass).

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

• We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

• Vases: Place on stable surfaces away from edges. Not for use with food/drink unless specified. For fresh flowers, ensure watertight.

• Ornaments: Handle with care. Keep small items away from children (choking hazard).

• Scented Candles (Safety Warning):

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials.

  • Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch.

  • Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Discontinue use when ½ inch wax remains.

  • Do not burn in drafty areas.

  • Allow candle to cool completely before handling.

  • Stop use if glass becomes cracked or damaged.

3. Flammability Standards
Our scented candles comply with applicable U.S. safety standards for candles, including proper wick construction and warning labeling.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse, including fire from improper candle use, damage from breakage, or injuries.
